Delete Your Account

At Tonys Rewards, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your Tonys Rewards account, you can do so directly in the app or by contacting us. This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

You have two options to request deletion of your Tonys Rewards account:

Option 1: Delete in the Tonys Rewards App

  1. Open the Tonys Rewards app on your device.
  2. Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm your identity by entering your password.
  5. Review the information about what will be deleted and tap "Confirm Deletion".

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

  1. Send an email to with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address and full name associated with your Tonys Rewards account so we can locate your account.
  3. Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

Request Deletion of Specific Data

If you'd like to keep your account active but request deletion of some or all of the personal data associated with it — for example, purchase history, saved offers, or contact information — you can email us directly.

Partial Data Deletion Request

  1. Send an email to with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address and full name on your Tonys Rewards account.
  3. Specify which data you'd like deleted (e.g. "all of my data," "my purchase history," "my phone number and address").
  4. Our team will verify your identity and complete the request within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Data Type What Happens
Account information (name, email, phone, date of birth, address) Permanently deleted
Login credentials and authentication tokens Permanently deleted
Reward points balance Permanently deleted — any unredeemed points will be forfeited
Coupon and offer redemption history Permanently deleted
App usage data and preferences Permanently deleted

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all accumulated reward points and will need to create a new account if you wish to rejoin the Tonys Rewards program in the future.
